On the initial shipment in a round container when one ends was pressed in it caused a warp in the rank display. Called Military Graphics and advised of the problem. They said a new shipment would be made and received it in a very short time. Received it today and everything was perfect. i am impressed with the rapid response, courtesy of individual I advised of original problem, and will use Military Graphics for future requirements. My first order of US Army Retired decal was lost in the mail-I hadn't opted for tracking. When I notified Military Graphics they quickly sent another and as a courtesy they paid the additional fee for tracking! I received it promptly and then ordered the Army Nurse Corps decal. Both are high quality products. Great company, great service.
